House soft washing on the Treasure Coast
Soft wash cleaning for stucco, siding and painted walls in Port St. Lucie, Stuart and the Treasure Coast. Flat written price, pay after the job.
Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the mold, mildew and algae growing on your walls, then rinses it away. High pressure on stucco can force water into the wall, chip paint and leave marks, so we do not use it on the house.
Why Florida houses turn green and black
Warm weather, daily humidity and a long rainy season keep walls damp for months. Algae and mildew feed on that moisture, and they show first on the north side and under shade. The green film is not only ugly. It holds water against the wall and speeds up paint failure.

Questions
Will soft washing damage my stucco or paint?
No. Low pressure and a cleaning solution do the work, so the surface is not blasted. High pressure is what causes damage to stucco and paint.
How long does a house wash take?
Most single story homes take two to four hours. Larger and two story homes take longer.
