One story and two story homes

One story homes are cleaned from the ground. Two story homes include the upstairs windows, and the price is higher because the work takes longer and needs ladder work. Tell us the number of stories and a rough window count and we will quote it flat.

Sprinkler spots and mineral stains

Well and sprinkler water leaves white or orange spots on glass. Light spotting comes off in a normal wash. Heavy etching in the glass may only improve, and we say that before we start.

Do you clean inside and outside?

Yes. Exterior is the default, and interior can be added. Tell us which you want in the details so it is in the price.

Do you clean screens and tracks?

Yes. Screens are brushed and rinsed, and the tracks are wiped out. Mention if you have damaged screens so we can plan around them.
